Kovyra

Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Scope and responsibility

This notice covers the Kovyra marketing website. It does not describe data processing by a future Quiet Care Home product or by a separately contracted client system. Those uses require information specific to the actual service.

Kovyra is responsible for personal information it processes in connection with this website and business enquiries.

2. Information associated with your visit

The website does not include an account registration, checkout, or newsletter signup. The investor enquiry form prepares an email draft locally in your browser. Its fields are not submitted to Kovyra, stored by this website, or sent to a form service. You decide whether to send the draft through your email provider. The copy option uses your browser’s clipboard when you select it; if clipboard access is unavailable, you can copy the text manually. Its current code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The optional bot check is described below. The light/dark theme switch stores your chosen appearance in your browser’s local storage under “kovyra-theme”. This functional preference stays on your device and is not sent to Kovyra.

When you visit, the hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request data needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, request time, and security or error information. If you contact us separately, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide.

The language switch stores your chosen language locally under "kovyra-language". This preference stays on your device and is not sent to Kovyra.

3. External fonts and bot verification

The home page requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve them, which can disclose your IP address and technical request information to Google. See Google Fonts’ privacy information. The legal pages use local fallback fonts.

The investor form uses Google reCAPTCHA when you choose to load the bot check. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which processes technical information and interactions for bot detection and sets a necessary reCAPTCHA cookie. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our verification endpoint receives the reCAPTCHA response token and checks it with Google. The form’s name, email address, organisation and introduction are not included in that verification request.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Technical data is processed to serve the website, maintain security, diagnose faults, and prevent misuse. Where the GDPR applies, these activities rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure and functioning business website. Correspondence is used to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, take steps at your request before entering a contract, perform a contract, or meet legal obligations.

5. Providers and international processing

Hosting and font providers receive information needed for their services. Correspondence may also be processed by the communication provider used to contact us. Provider infrastructure may be located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, international transfers must rely on a recognised adequacy decision or other lawful safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

For provider details, see Vercel’s privacy policy and the Google Fonts information linked above.

6. Retention

Technical request records are subject to the hosting provider’s applicable retention arrangements. Business correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, administer any resulting relationship, satisfy applicable legal requirements, or resolve disputes. The period depends on the nature of the information and purpose; you can request details about information relating to you.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence, workplace, or the place of an alleged infringement.

8. Contact and updates

For privacy questions, use the email address in the contact section to reach Kovyra’s founder, Jeroen Vermeulen.

We may update this notice as the website or its services change. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
